LGBT couple vow renewal

Meet Heather and Katie, a wonderful married LGBT couple visiting Nashville from out of state. While attending a Grand Ole Opry show, they also wanted to capture a lifestyle photoshoot and renew their vows. Like all couples, they’ve faced challenges in their marriage — but through resilience, travel, and shared experiences, they’ve found ways to heal and grow together.

I was honored to document these meaningful moments, especially their vow renewal. The soft glow of the rising sun gave us the perfect light for their photos, just before the late summer heat set in — a dreamy setting for a beautiful occasion. 

 I’m honored that Heather and Katie chose me as their trusted photographer to document such an important milestone in their journey together. For them, finding an LGBT-friendly photographer was paramount — and for me, celebrating love in all its forms is a privilege. Love is love, and kindness is kindness, and I’m grateful to have captured these moments that reflect both.
