Good fitness tips I found
Recently, my gym, Urban Active Fitness was taken over by LA Fitness. I wondered what changes would transpire, and hoped they wouldn’t do anything drastic like get rid of existing people working there and bring in new people from other areas….so far we’re good there. You know how I feel about supporting the local economy! One thing I notice so far is they are more interactive about promoting training and fitness / wellness education. They have TV’s in the gym that have tips displaying on the screen, and are social media active with different health and nutrition tips, which is nice. This is something everyone can use. Many busy people don’t have hours a day to go to the gym like the meatheads do, LOL….but more rather the average person’s goals are toning and flexibility, and cardiovascular….and weight loss / maintain a healthy weight, etc. All of which can be done with 30-45 minute a day workouts 3-4 times a week. Also there will be classes and volleyball teams, etc. which I look forward to. There is some great basic fitness information and advice as well as nutritional tips on the blog I will share with you. Geared towards the health conscious, busy everyday person. Enjoy in the new year, time to undo holiday damage and create a positive improvement in your life

Benefits of exercise and being health minded are better stamina, less chance of injury, reverse aging effects, weight management, and overall more self confidence and positive outlook.
